If you are paying by credit card and would like to include a gratuity please inform us upon check‑out. If you prefer privacy, envelopes are provided for a discreet thank you to your therapists.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. If you are late for your appointment, your therapist will do his or her best to complete you service in the remaining time scheduled for your appointment. Please note that the full price of the treatment will be charged.
If you feel that you would be more comfortable or better served by a specific member or you’d just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know.
Each guest is provided a personal locker, robe, and slippers. Showers, towels, and personal amenities are available as well. Complimentary beverages and refreshments are served throughout the day.
Delicious catered cuisine can be arranged for a minimal charge. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
We require a credit card number or a gift certificate to guarantee your appointments. Please allow 24 hours if you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment. Failure to provide notice will result in being charged 50% of the price of the treatment scheduled.
